At BC Branded, we’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly and reliably so you can get back to adventure.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 3–10 business days
- United States: 5–12 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or seasonal demand.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Shipping
BC Branded ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. BC Branded is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
BC Branded is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
